Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to make your payment. If payment has not been received, or others arrangements have not been made with One Fine Day, your order will be deleted.
Our gowns are made to order. Please allow 12-15 days for order to be shipped(not including actual shipping time.
We are available to answer questions by phone Monday thru Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.
You can reach us by email 24/7, some one will respond within 12 hours.
Refunds will not be given on custom size gowns.
Other items must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and give us a chance to make it right.
We will not give refunds after 30 days following purchase date.
